Veterans Heart Opening Retreat
Veterans Heart Opening Retreat: Bridging Indigenous Wisdom with Trauma-Informed Healing
This transformative journey is designed for veterans seeking healing and renewal. Delve into the intersection of Indigenous wisdom and Trauma-informed therapy.
Katie LaRoe brings a wealth of experience and expertise in trauma therapy, specifically tailored to veterans' needs. Her approach is deeply rooted in understanding and healing the wounds of trauma, drawing from over two decades of working closely with veterans, including those in Special Operations. Katie's integration of plant medicine into therapeutic practices provides a unique opportunity for veterans to explore profound healing on multiple levels—mind, body, soul, and spirit.
Indigenous Wisdom and Healing Modalities: At the heart of this retreat lies a profound fusion of indigenous wisdom and healing modalities offered by 3 Coyotes. Rooted in ancient traditions and guided by respected elders, these practices provide a holistic approach to healing that honors the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.Veterans (and supports) will embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and transformation.
What to Expect: Gather around the sacred fire, beneath the stars and the watchful gaze of ancient ancestors, as you engage in ceremony, song, and collective wisdom-sharing. Experience profound heart opening and a return to a sense of oneness as you journey through the depths of consciousness.
